This will be the 9th barn sale for Shirley Thomas and her crew! I am just so proud of how far she has come and how she continually gets better each season. If you want someone to look up to in this industry, it’s her. Shirley and I have worked closely together on barn sale tasks and share a kindred spirit I truly believe. She lives and breathes faith, family and farm. I look up to her and cherish our friendship. It is with great pride I write this blog post about her latest sale and can’t wait to show you the amazing pictures Ashton Oakes Photography captured.
This time around, we are excited to have a few guest bloggers this time to share their experience of The Hayloft‘s Fall barn sale. The first one to introduce is Makayla Knight of @FoxHipFashion a food, fashion and lifestyle persona based in Nashville! Enjoy reading her take on the sale…
“This was my second time attending The Hayloft barn sale. The atmosphere has always been warm and inviting. Everywhere you look the barn and surrounding area has been decorated to fit the seasonal theme. All of the vendors are unique, yet they flow together nicely. This time around I purchased a vintage inspired advertising tin bucket from no.38 vintage (instagram + facebook.) I am currently using it as a planter for my succulent. Another one of my favorite vendors is Urban Abby (instagram + facebook.) She has some of the cutest bags and trendiest bow ties.”
Our next guest blogger is Kaitlyn Stillwell of @belladawndesigns from Nashville, TN.
“When summer comes to an end and the leaves start to change bright autumn colors, that means barn sales and fall festivals for my friends and family! Last year we added one more member to enjoy in the fun, my little Cheyenne. One of our favorite barn sales is The Hayloft at Port Royal, right outside Clarksville.
